Lucio and his team recently sanded our floors. Lucio is extremely professional and reliable, and he and his team did a superb job of sanding our floors. He made the process painless and was respectful of our home. Our floors are cyprus pine and had some imperfections which he was able to fix. I can highly recommend! Our floors look amazing.

I just wanted to say thanks for transforming our house with your brilliant work on the floor (and stairwell). Your team restored the old surfaces brilliantly, and managed to unite three quite different woods in different parts of the house with the excellent black stain. You were great to work with, and cooperated very patiently with our annoying schedule. The work was great value and makes me look forward to coming home.

Lucio and his team saved us, our pics are on his page, ours is the diy manly job (old pine boards we wanted sanded and stained black). We could not be happier with: A) the workmanship - top top top shelf, the sanding was so even and smooth even with our uneven floor, B) his communiction, I was annoying and texting him way later than should be acceptable but he was curtious and professional. These guys know what they are doing and their price spot on. Quality quality work that I would happily recommend. We have (had) very dark red Queensland spotted gum floors but I really wanted a lighter, more coastal look. I have learnt that lime washing is not an option for dark red timber floors. Lucio and his team sanded, bleached and coated our floors with a hard wax oil (which had a hint of grey). The result was spectacular and in my opinion actually better than limewashing as you can still clearly see the beautiful grains in the hardwood timber. Lucio’s team were professional and efficient. Lucio is easy to deal with and has a lot of experience in bleaching hardwood floors. His pricing is competitive (I got four quotes and Lucio’s was the lowest) and furthermore, he was the most knowledgeable of the people that came to quote. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone with a dark red floor than needs sprucing up!

Awesome finish on our floor and fantastic customer service

I’ve worked on many building sites and seen some fantastic floor sanders ply their trade, Lucio ranks right up the top of this pile. My place offered up a challenge. Old Tallow wood, splintered and with evidence of white ant attack in the odd place here and there, I’ve seen floor sanders grumble for days about similar floors, Lucio just took it onboard as the challenge it was and came up with a brilliant result. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Lucio and his team were fantastic! Our floors have been totally restored and look and feel amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't give them anything but praise. Have already recommended them to several other friends!
